Future Trends in Digital Face Manipulation and Detection

Abstract Recently, digital face manipulation and its detection have sparked large interest in industry academia around the world. Numerous approaches been proposed literature to create realistic manipulations, such as DeepFakes morphs. To human eye manipulated images videos can be almost indistinguishable from real content. Although impressive progress has reported automatic of this research field is often considered a cat mouse game . This chapter briefly discusses state art detection. Issues challenges that need tackled by community are summarized, along with future trends field.
